Cancellation Policy & Refunds:
- Credit card must be on file for all clients scheduling appointmentsappointments
- Appointments canceled before 24 hours no charge
- after 24 hours a 50% of the total services scheduled will be charged to the credit card on file
- Thank you for understanding our policy is to guarantee that we maintain our income and other guest can get on our waiting list can get in.
- Appointments not canceled within 24 hours notice or no-show appointments will be charged in full.
- No cash refunds
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES:
- Gift cards are purchased through individual business within Axis Salon Studio. Check with your providers for info
